2 Servings

  • ½ cup of onion, sliced into thin rings
  • 2½ cups of broccoli florets
  • ½ cup of peas, corn, fava beans, and carrots
  • 6 to 8 ounces of cooked chicken breast
  • ⅓ cup of BBQ sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of water
  • Citrus and herbs (for garnish)
  • 1 Ready. Chef. Go!® Grilling and Oven Bag

Start off by cutting the chicken breast diagonally into slices. Pour the BBQ sauce into a mixing bowl and then stir in the water to give it a consistency similar to that of heavy cream. Take the onion slices, peas, corn, fava beans, and carrots and load them into your Ready. Chef. Go!® Grilling Bag. Coat the vegetables with the BBQ sauce inside the bag and lightly shake it to distribute the sauce evenly. Place the sliced chicken on top of the sauce-coated vegetable blend and seal the Grilling bag.

On the Grill: Set your grill to low or medium flame. Place the bag directly on the grill with the foil side facing down. Keep the grill lid open at all times. Grill for approximately 20 minutes or until the vegetables look fully cooked.

Conventional Oven: Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place the bag on a baking sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until the vegetables appear cooked.

Once the food is cooked, remove it from the grill or oven. Let the bag rest for about 2 minutes before opening it. Open the bag carefully and beware of hot steam. Plate your meal to serve and garnish with citrus and herbs.
